Developmental milestones – things most children do by particular ages – are important measures of how children are progressing. This course covers tracking developmental milestones, gives tips on talking about development when there is a concern and when there isn’t, and links to photos and videos of milestones from ages 2 months to 5 years. It also gives participants the chance to practice using a free milestones checklist developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This is a 5-hour course worth 0.5 CEUs.
